Accepted forms of payment are all major credit cards except for American Express; Cash, (Wire Transfer are required for any purchase total over $3000.00), Money Order, Cashiers/Teller/Certified Check, or Personal Check. Items are held for ten (10) business days for all forms of payment except USPS Money Orders, Credit Cards and Wire Transfers. We DO NOT accept PayPal.

Used firearms carry a 30-day inspection period; to fire, feed, eject, and otherwise function as the manufacturer intended. In the event of a defect, we will either, AT OUR OPTION, repair the firearm at no charge or issue a refund for the purchase plus any additional shipping charges back to us. This warranty explicitly does not cover returns for any other reason(s) and does not apply to firearms that are sold as non-firing, or for parts or repair (Inquire with manufacturers to verify any warranties they may offer on NEW items). Returns are only accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances, and items will be inspected and tested per customer complaint prior to issuing a refund. 

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned or incomplete sells for any return except the Used Firearm Inspection Period stated above.

There is no warranty on used ammunition.

Buyers are solely responsible for determining the safety of items purchased. No firearm should be fired without having the weapon initially inspected by a qualified gunsmith. The firearms offered have NOT been TEST FIRED unless otherwise stated, but have been given a visual inspection for sale purposes only. We are not gunsmiths and can sometimes miss things. It is recommended that buyers have all firearms inspected by a competent gunsmith prior to use.
